I am a Yoga Therapist and Fitness Instructor. I'm certified to teach Kundalini Yoga through the KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) 200 hour program with . I hold a certificate in Hatha Yoga through my training with ’s 200 hour program sanctioned by Yoga Alliance. I'm also a certified Pilates mat instructor and certified personal trainer.
