Our life's experiences are dictated by the programming within our subconscious mind. If we want different life experiences, we need a different set of programming. The subconscious thinks in images and pictures, not words, so in this session, you will create your Vision Board to stimulate and help reprogram your subconsious mind to start creating the life experiences you truly desire. The old school approach, still very powerful, is to cut out pictures from a magazine and paste them onto a large presentation board. This board would then be placed on a wall in your home so you would see it often and the images would be imprinted upon your subconscious, conveying to your subconscious, this IS what you want to create, your new realty, your new normal. The subconscious does not know the difference between fantasy and reality, so if it thinks this IS your new reality, it will adjust the programming to comply. Which means, it will stop holding you back, trying to keep you safe from venturing out and experiencing a broader life. Today, many utilize technology to create vision boards. Canva.com is not only easy to use but offers free tools and can be a lot of fun. When you create a digital Vision Board online, you can take it with you everywhere by way of your cell phone, laptop or other devices. There are negative as well as positive affirmations. An affirmation is whatever you affirm for yourself. Negative affirmations would be something like, "I'm too fat," "I can't," "I'm broke," "I hate." You get the picture. Positive affirmations would sound something like, "I love my body," "I can do anything," "I love." You get the picture. Whatever you say to yourself, or to another, the subconscious thinks you are talking to YOU. So if you say, "I hate you" to someone, guess what? Your subconscious directs that energy towards YOU. Another way the Universe teaches us that we are all one. To create a positive affirmation: Keep it sweet, short and simple. State it in present tense. Not I want, but I have. Most powerful when you attach "I Am" or "I Have" at the beginning. Join us for this live training to begin creating some positive affirmations for yourself and learn how to use them more effectively. Meditation is basically a quieting of the mind so that you may focus better. Some direct their focus on getting closer to God, teachings of the Buddha, or simply to release stress and find greater inner peace. There is no right or wrong way to quiet your mind for greater focus. The point is to find what works best for you. The two popular styles of meditation are passive meditation and active meditation. Passive is a sitting meditation, while active meditation is movement. It would be any activity that focuses the mind, such as yoga, tai chi, running, drumming, dancing, twirling. Whatever puts your mind at peace and allows you to loose track of time, where you loose a sense of self and dissolve into a sea of oneness with Universal flow. This session is about passive meditation for transformation. To prepare, you would find a quiet place where you can sit (don't lay down) and not be disturbed for at least 15-20 minutes each day. If possible, it should be the same time and same space each day. Many like to enhance their meditation experience with aromatherapy, incense, candlelight, soft background music, etc. The point is to find your sacred space and make it your own. Then commit to sitting each day. You might call this your appointment with Spirit each day. It is said that one minute in meditation is equal to one hour of productivity. It is also said that if you don't have 10-minutes to meditate, you should meditate for an hour. In this session, you will get to experience a guided meditation that you will be able to repeat on your own. You can also find other guided meditations in our Meditation Room for you to enjoy. At lease once a year you are encouraged to do the 30-Day Meditation Challenge. Other times to do the challenge might be anytime you need to feel stronger, more empowered, more confident! Getting Started With Your Journal Here is a program for realizing abundant prosperity in your life and affairs. It takes 40 days for consciousness to realize a truth. A break during the 40-day period releases the energy being built up around the idea. Therefore, there must be a definite commitment to faithfully follow this program each and every day for 40 days — and if you miss even one day, to start over again and continue until you can go the full period with perfect continuity. Here is the course of action: • Establish a specific date to start your program, such as the beginning of a particular week. Count out 40 days on your calendar and mark the completion date. • On the first day of the program write the statement shown below in your spiritual journal: This day (show actual date) I cease believing in visible money as my supply and my support, and I view the world of effect as it truly is... simply an out picturing of my former beliefs. I believed in the power of money; therefore, I surrendered my God-given power and authority to an objectified belief. I believed in the possibility of lack, thus causing a separation in consciousness from the Source of my supply. I believed in mortal man and carnal conditions, and through this faith gave man and conditions power over me. I believed in the mortal illusion created by the collective consciousness of error thoughts, and in doing so, I have limited the Unlimited. No more! This day I renounce my so-called humanhood and claim my divine inheritance as a Being of God. This day I acknowledge God and only God as my substance, my supply, and my support. • There are ten statements of Principle below. Read one statement each day. This means that you will go through the entire list four times during the 40-day period. • After reading the daily statement — either upon arising or before going to bed in the evening—meditate on it for at least 15 minutes, focusing on each idea in the statement with great thoughtfulness and feeling — letting the ideas fill your consciousness. • Following each meditation period, write down in your Journal the thoughts that come to you. Be sure to do this daily. • Since you have already received an all-sufficiency of supply (all that Infinite Mind has is yours now), you can prove this Truth to your deeper mind by sharing your supply on a regular basis while you are working with the Plan. Giving is an esoteric science that never fails to produce results if it is done with love and joy, because the Law will shower you with a pressed down and multiplied return. But if you tithe (and I really prefer the word “sharing” to tithing) as a mechanical and calculated method to please God, unload guilt, meet a sense of obligation and play a bartering game with the Law, no one benefits — not even the receiver. Give with love, joy, and a sense of fun and the windows of heaven will be thrown open with a blast! THE 10 STATEMENTS OF PRINCIPLE God is lavish, unfailing Abundance, the rich omnipresent substance of the Universe. This all-providing Source of infinite prosperity is individualized as me — the Reality of me. 11/22; 12/2; 12/12/ 12/22 I lift up my mind and heart to be aware, to understand, and to know that the Divine Presence I AM is the Source and Substance of all my good. 11/23; 12/3; 12/13; 12/23 I am conscious of the Inner Presence as my lavish Abundance. I am conscious of the constant activity of this Mind of infinite Prosperity. Therefore, my consciousness is filled with the Light of Truth. 11/24; 12/4; 12/14; 12/24 Through my consciousness of my God-Self, the Christ within, as my Source, I draw into my mind and feeling nature the very substance of Spirit. This substance is my supply, thus my consciousness of the Presence of God within me is my supply. 11/25; 12/5; 12/15; 12/25 Money is not my supply. No person, place or condition is my supply. My awareness, understanding and knowledge of the all-providing activity of the Divine Mind within me is my supply. My consciousness of this Truth is unlimited; therefore, my supply is unlimited. 11/26; 12/6; 12/16; 12/26 My inner supply instantly and constantly takes on form and experience according to my needs and desires, and as the Principle of Supply in action, it is impossible for me to have any needs or unfulfilled desires. 11/27; 12/7; 12/17; 12/27 The Divine Consciousness that I am is forever expressing its true nature of Abundance. This is its responsibility, not mine. My only responsibility is to be aware of this Truth. Therefore, I am totally confident in letting go and letting God appear as the abundant all-sufficiency in my life and affairs. 11/28; 12/8; 12/18; 12/28 My consciousness of the Spirit within me as my unlimited Source is the Divine Power to restore the years the locusts have eaten, to make all things new, to lift me up to the High Road of abundant prosperity. This awareness, understanding and knowledge of Spirit appears as every visible form and experience that I could possibly desire. 11/29; 12/9; 12/19; 12/29 When I am aware of the God-Self within me as my total fulfillment, I am totally fulfilled. I am now aware of this Truth. I have found the secret of life, and I relax in the knowledge that the Activity of Divine Abundance is eternally operating in my life. I simply have to be aware of the flow, the radiation, of that Creative Energy, which is continuously, easily and effortlessly pouring forth from my Divine Consciousness. I am now aware. I am now in the flow. 11/30; 12/10; 12/20; 12/30 I keep my mind and thoughts off “this world” and I place my entire focus on God within as the only Cause of my prosperity. I acknowledge the Inner Presence as the only activity in my financial affairs, as the substance of all things visible. I place my faith in the Principle of Abundance in action within me. 12/1; 12/11; 12/21; 12/31 Part I – The Truth and the Law 1. Your outer world of form and experience is a reflection of your inner world of thoughts and feelings. As above, so below. As within, so without. That is the Law. 2. The greater your awareness of the Presence of God within you, the more that Presence fills your consciousness. That is the Law. 3. The deeper your understanding of Spirit as the Source, Substance, and Activity, of your supply, the more permanently that Truth will be etched in your consciousness. That is the Law. 4. It is your spiritual consciousness – your knowledge of the Presence of God within you as total and complete fulfillment – that interprets itself as every form or experience in your world. That is the Law. Part II – The 40- Day Prosperity Plan “God is omnipresent Wealth, the Infinite Riches of the Universe, and the lavish abundance of creation.” Money is an effect. When you concentrate on the effect, you’re forgetting the cause, and when you forget the cause, the effect begins to diminish. Know that your experience around money is an illusion, it is an out-picturing of your beliefs, an effect of your consciousness. Take your mind off money and material possessions (the effects) and focus and concentrate only on the lavish abundance of Divine substance that is forever flowing from that Master Consciousness with you. Take your stand and prove God now! The 40-Day Prosperity Plan is a program for realizing abundant prosperity in your life and affairs. It takes 40 days for consciousness to realize a truth. There must be a definite commitment to faithfully follow this program each and every day for 40 days. If you miss even one day, start over again. Begin with the first day’s statement and each day following, a. Read the statement for the day, b. Meditate on it for 15 minutes – let the ideas fill your consciousness, and c. Journal your thoughts around it. Part III – You Are Your Own Money Money is YOUR energy field made visible. Here’s a daily program for cultivating your energy field by creating a deeper understanding of money. 1. Meditation. Even after the initial 40 days, continue by meditating on one or more of the ten statements each day to maintain the abundance vibration in consciousness. “We contemplate and recognize the energy of money, which is our spiritual consciousness, and we let the form appear.” 2. Controlled Visualization. If you look to any human persona, place, or condition for your supply, you are shutting down the flow. “I invite the Spirit of God to think through me. I won’t try to think, nor will I struggle to stop my own thinking. I now let the Christ Presence use my mind to think about my financial affairs and the solution to all my problems.” 3. Intense Love. Ageless Wisdom teaches us that money is the energy of Divinity, and that in fulfilling our needs, we must work with the energy of love, not desire. “If I shut down the love vibration, or the feeling of complete unconditional love for everyone, I’m putting a heavy restriction on my visible supply. 4. Joyful Thanksgiving. Joy and gratitude come from a loving heart. Love life and every physical manifestation of life, and as you do, begin to express gratitude for the good that is yours now. (In the privacy of your mind, find someone or something you can love. Focus the love radiation on that image, and then begin to shift it to people and situations that you find difficult to love.) 5. Verbal Harmlessness. The Wisdom Teachings tell us that criticism, verbal abuse, selfish speech, and words of hate darken the soul, poison all life and remove us from the way of wholeness. Harmlessness in both thoughts and words, is the destroyer of all limitations. Practice kindness. 6. Right Action. If you’ve carefully followed the first 5 steps, you will be led to right action and guided in all your ways. Some examples of right action include: a. maintaining order in your life beginning with your body, your home, and your work activity. b. listening to and following the inner Voice without procrastination and doing that which needs to be done now. c. accepting responsibilities and doing the best you can in every situation, and acting with grace, poise, ease, and serenity – and d. sharing your visible supply according to the inspiration and guidance of Spirit – not as a result of outside pleas and pressures. When done in fun, you simply can’t outgive God. Part IV – A Prosperity Compilation from Other Books by John Randolph Price You can achieve the total freedom of financial independence if you choose it and work to uplift your consciousness to accommodate that level of completeness. A few Prosperity Secrets: 1. Do not tell anyone (not on the spiritual path) that you are working on prosperity from a spiritual-mental approach. Secrecy is an absolute essential. 2. Understand that you are not trying to make anything happen. You are releasing the abundance that is already part of your true nature. 3. As your good begins to materialize, do not get “puffed up” with spiritual pride. Remember, you are not doing the work. It is spiritual substance that is interpreting itself as the fulfillment of your desires, and you are but a channel for its outpouring. 4. Critical thoughts and feelings of fear will hold back your good, while a consciousness of love and trust will speed up the flow. Love is the fulfillment of the law, and Faith is the energy that clears the channel. 5. Acknowledge the Spirit within as the one Source of abundance – the one Source of your supply. Look only to God for your prosperity. 6. Do not outline the way your good is to come forth. Let the Spirit surprise you with its delightful ways of showering you with abundance. 7. Recognize that it is the Will of God for you to be wealthy. You were born to be rich! You are the offspring of the infinite Abundance of the Universe. 8. God works in the now. Now is the accepted time. If you live in the future, your prosperity will always be one day ahead of you. 9. Abundance in the physical world is an out-picturing of a prosperity consciousness, so work from within. 10. Gratitude and thanksgiving are vital ingredients in developing a prosperity consciousness. Nothing opens the door to the storehouse as quickly as a thankful heart. 11. Change your mind. Spend more time each day thinking about what you want rather than what you do not want. You don’t want lack, so stop thinking about it. 12. Keep your money circulating. If you hoard it for a rainy day, you may have to spend it on an ark.

YES to a Beautiful Life! I'm Wanda Marie and Here's My Story I Said "YES " to a Beautiful Joy-filled Life! I have a beautiful life. I’m constantly being told that my life seems magical. And, I feel like I have it all. I have an amazing husband, great relationships with my kids, a lovely home in the Blue Ridge mountains of Asheville NC, plus a vacation home in Central Florida where we winter. I'm the author of a few self-help books, and I've been helping women transform their lives for more than 25 years. At an early age, I learned to take back my power and take ownership of my life. I started with nothing, and have truly created a beautiful life for myself. I grew up in South Central Los Angeles. My parents were barely able to keep a roof over our heads. Mom was a raging alcoholic always armed with a knife and a gun, both of which she used. My step-dad felt it was his duty to try and tame her by challenging her to fist fights that often led to bloodshed. He also felt it was his duty to start teaching me about sex from age 5 until I turned 10 and found the courage to speak up. My mother refused to believe what was happening and suggested I didn't speak of this to anyone. I was shut down, my voice unheard, my heart ached. At 17 I left home, pregnant by the boy next door, got a job at Job Corps and vowed to never return home again. My baby's father begged me for months before I finally said yes and married him. I was too messed up mentally and emotionally to say yes when he first asked. I didn't trust him, I didn't trust men. I didn't trust myself, I didn't trust anyone. I was so depressed, I eventually sought therapy – that didn’t help . It didn’t answer the questions I had. What’s it all about? Why was I in so much pain? I started seeking truth. What is love? What is God? What is real? Who am I, and why am I here? I read the Bible cover to cover twice! I studied various world religions and different spiritual practices. Back in the day, there was a metaphysical bookstore on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles called the Bodhi Tree. I lived at the Bodhi Tree for there I could hang out, sip tea, read and study different theologies as well as attend seminars and workshops on spirituality. I read every spiritual and metaphysical book I could get my hands on. I went to every free workshop I could find and listened to audio lectures from spiritual "New Thought" leaders. I learned that we create our own realities. Wait – What! You mean I created the horrible environment I was brought up in as a child. What! You mean we choose our parents? It all began to make sense once I was willing to take full responsibility for my life’s experiences – which sounds totally crazy! But I kept studding everything and over the years, I mastered how to use the Universal Laws and Spiritual Principles that govern our lives to take back my power from the pain of my past. This once trauma stricken little girl from a totally dysfunctional household became a very empowered young lady who has created a beautiful and magical life for herself. Of course I learned how to create material things such as wonderful homes, cars, vacations and travel, but of more significance, I created loving relationships, a deep spiritual connection, and embraced my life's calling, empowering women to lead amazing lives.
