Rate yourself on a scale of one to ten as to how confident and empowered you currently feel, with one being feeling at your lowest and ten feeling as high as a kite!

Listen to the above Personal Empowerment Meditation for 30 consecutive nights as you drift off to sleep. This allows the messages to slip deep into your subconscious while resting. The challenge is, if you miss a night, that you start over until you can complete 30 consecutive nights. If for any reason doing this at night does not work for you, make it a practice to do first thing in the morning.

On day/night 31, again, rate your level of feeling confident and empowered on a scale of one to ten.
