When purchasing a service or product, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item description before making a commitment to buy it: and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase when you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our services and products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return and Refund Policy: Physical Products: Any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following, products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. Wh en we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. The customer is responsible for paying to ship the product to us, and we will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer. Coaching services and private sessions. We offer a free 20-minute get-acquainted session or a free 30-day guest pass, allowing customers to get to know us and have all their questions answered prior to purchasing any services or membership. For this reason, memberships fees and fees for private sessions are paid in advance and we do not offer refunds. With private sessions, you are paying for the time slot. If you are late, your session will still end at the designated time. If you miss an appointment, you can make up the session via email. If you can give 24 hours advance notice of cancellation, we will do our best to reschedule if we can find a mutually agreeable date within the same week. Digital Courses and Digital Products are copyrighted material and not transferrable. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the course has been purchase and you have been granted online access to the course. Personal 2-Day Retreats require a great deal of preparation and expense just for you. We go all out! So if you need to cancel your retreat: Cancel within 24 hours after booking for a full refund as we have not done any prep work yet. Cancel 72 hours before your expected arrive date and you are billed 20% to cover prep time and expenses. Canceling with less than 72 hours notice and you are billed 50% of the retreat cost. At that time, everything has been planned and set up for your personal experience. Use of online groups and communities. All users that join a group or community will have a public profile that is visible to site visitors, and your activity (such as posts or comments) will be visible to other visitors of the website. Know that you can always, at any time opt out of a group or community and your profile will no longer the visible to the public. Retention of right to change offering. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. Personal Use License. A Woman's Rite of Passage The Sacred Self-Marriage Ceremony A Woman's Rite of Passage This was a full day experience where the ladies did some forgiveness work and wrote their divorce decree, divorcing themselves from the pain of their past. They participated in an Honoring Ceremony to practice the art of fully receiving, and then had an amazing lunch prepared by Chef Jen Lanning. After lunch, the ladies were guided in writing their wedding vows, focused on how they wish to show up in the world. The evening concluded in a Sacred Self-Marriage ceremony where we witnessed the promises made by each other. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Saturday was! Being part of a ceremony where seven incredible women married themselves was truly transformative. We each made a promise to embrace self-love, forgive past hurts, and commit to setting healthy boundaries. It was such a profound moment of self-acceptance and empowerment. I felt a deep sense of connection—not only to myself but to the incredible women around me who shared this journey. It was a powerful reminder of how important it is to care for ourselves and honor our own worth. This day was a beautiful step toward healing and self-growth, and I’m so grateful to have experienced it with such an inspiring group. Visit "The Healing Tent" Located in South Asheville, NC I'm loving red light therapy, and I wanted to create a healing space separate from my home and found this amazing blow-up tent. It was quick and easy to blow up, I added the purple string lights, and I just love the space - I think you will too! ~ Coach Wanda Marie Healing Happens Here! Reserve Your Time By Donation Relax, Release and Heal DIY (do-it-yourself) Healing is on the table inside the Healing Tent. There is a massage table with a red light mat for full body coverage. Red Light Therapy (RLT) uses low-level, 630-700nm red/near-infrared light to boost cellular energy and reduce inflammation, enhancing physical healing and pain relief, among other benefits. A total body wellness session is typically done 3 times a week for 20 minutes and cost roughly $25-$200 per session with a healing practitioner. Red Light Therapy Benefits Key Benefits of Red Light Therapy Pain Relief & Healing: Improves circulation, treats arthritis, muscle soreness, joint pain, and accelerates wound healing and helps with weight loss. Skin Health: While generally safe, red light therapy can cause temporary skin irritation as it stimulates collagen production to improve texture, reduce wrinkles, and treat acne or psoriasis. Hair Growth: Increases blood flow to hair follicles, promoting growth in thinning hair. Other Potential Uses: Researchers are studying its effect on reducing cancer treatment side effects (like mouth sores) and systemic inflammation. How It Works RLT is often called photobiomodulation (PBM) or low-level laser therapy (LLLT). It offers a retreat for anyone seeking a moment to simply be: to meditate, reflect, or reconnect with themselves. Whether you need a pause after a long day at work, a quiet escape from a bustling household, or a private moment without the cost of a spa or the distraction of a coffee shop or bar, this space welcomes you. It is for the busy parent who has just dropped the children off at school, the individual navigating stress or relationship challenges, or anyone longing for time to think, journal, and recharge. The Healing Tent provides the freedom to reconnect with yourself and realign with your soul—a sanctuary for survival. The Healing Tent is spacious inside, equipped with chairs for sitting upright, pillows for sitting on the floor, or enjoy stretching out and relaxing on the massage table with or without engaging red light therapy. Before You Schedule Your Time Healing Tent Rules: Guests: No more than 2 persons inside. If you need assistance getting in and out of the space and/or getting situated on the table, you may have one other person there with you. Scents: We want everyone to be as comfortable as possible, so we ask that you do not wear strong perfumes/essential oils or burn incense or candles inside the space. These scents do not leave when you leave, and others may be allergic to the scents you enjoy. Arriving: Bring your water bottle, and you may want a light throw cover if you plan to lie down. Please arrive at your appointed time. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until you are scheduled to enter the space. Please park to the right of the garage, do not block the garage. Feel free to park in front of any camper that may be present. Shoes: Please remove your shoes BEFORE entering the space, unless it’s raining, then remove your shoes immediately upon entering the space. Food & Drinks: No food or drinks (except water) is allowed inside the space. Smoking: No smoking or vaping on any part of the property grounds. Music: No loud music. Feel free to play soft/meditation music from your phone or your connection to Youtube. Exiting: Leave the space on time, and leave the space just as you found it. Do not leave anything behind for the next person to discover. Extra Time: If you need more down time after your session, you are free to sit on the red brick patio (alone or quietly visit with others), or walk around the backyard. Do not walk around to the front of the house, this is a private porch area for residents only. Late Arrival: If you arrive late, you must leave the space at your scheduled time. A 10-minute buffer is built into the schedule to allow time for you to depart the space gracefully. Do not disturb the residents of the home. Location and Scheduling The Location: The Healing Tent is situated on a private 2-acre property in South Asheville (Arden), surrounded by farmland and mature trees, and is monitored for security. Nestled between neighboring farms, occasional sounds of tractors may be heard, and friendly farm animals, such as chickens, may wander nearby. The property is also a bird sanctuary, offering an immersive experience in the sights and sounds of nature. Scheduling: Sessions are typically scheduled from 10:00am to sundown. The Healing Tent is usually closed during heavy rains and colder weather during the winter months. Before you book your session, know that there is no restroom access on the property. Scheduling is done though our online portal and your donation is taken at that time. When you schedule a 30 minute time slot, it includes an additional 15 minutes (5-min to get in and get settled, and 10-min to regroup, get grounded and leave the space). Cancellations/Rescheduling: Donations are nonrefundable, as all proceeds go to support the LadyUp Network. There is no minimum donation, so if you need to reschedule, you can donate as little as one dollar to get back on the calendar. If we need to cancel or change your session due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you may send a request for us to manually reschedule your session without offering an additional donation. Disclaimer/Waiver: No promises are being made or implied that you will be healed on any level by entering the Healing Tent. If you plan to engage in red light therapy, you are advised to consult a physician beforehand. A full moon meditation was done followed by the Goddesses creating their Declaration of Transformation, consciously creating what they desired for the future. One of the Goddesses brought a 10 foot gong to enhance the meditation, and we ended with live music from a Master Djembe Drummer helping us dance our desires and anchoring the process through or bodies. Just a Few Photos Mentor's Appreciation Dinner Party Night Before the Gathering The Goddess Gathering Dancing Their Declarations Goddess Gathering Recap Filled with joy as I awaken steeped in gratitude, inspired by a gathering of 14 Goddesses reflecting a full moon last evening. I recall: A table filled with gift bags to claim, name and decorate, containing a book, journal, hand embroidered note card (by Queen Claudia) and hand-crafted affirmation chocolates (by Queen Jennifer). Another table of tasty treats: cake, home-made cookies, a variety of cheeses, crackers and nuts, Jennifer’s teriyaki meatballs, Greek salad, flat bread and Wanda’s freshly brewed hibiscus tea. The backyard patio becomes the gathering place for a fabulous group of powerful Queens and Moon Goddesses introducing themselves to each other as everyday women. Mentors are recognized for their loyalty and contribution to the Network. A Mentor’s Appreciation Dinner precedes the day’s event. Certificates of Achievement are given. Moon stones that have bathed in the light of the moon for the past two nights are passed out. The full moon meditation begins guiding the Goddesses deeper into themselves, discovering what needs to be released and putting it in writing on pieces of paper to burn later. A 10 foot gong is gently played in the background by Queen Cynthia, taking the group into even deeper spaces within themselves (pure bliss). The process ends with the Goddess declaring what they would like to replace the old energy with. They create in their journal and commit to memory their Declaration of Transformation. As the evening unfolds, the skies give way to a perfect storm. Upon the open patio the rain drops become larger and larger as the Goddesses seek shelter inside, making their way into a large 1100sf unfinished attic, bringing energy into a space that has had no purpose until now. The party must go on. All the Goddess have written what they want to release on small pieces of paper, balled them up and tossed them into the burn bowl. The Goddesses form a circle and state their Declaration of Transformation with conviction for all to witness. The only male presence allowed is Master Drummer (Ron on Djembe). The drumbeat begins softly and gradually fills the room with rhythm. The Goddesses begin to move about the circle and dance, allowing the drumbeat to carry them, as they chant silently to themselves their Declaration of Transformation, anchoring this vibration throughout their entire bodies. The beauty of the Goddesses dancing is enchanting and magical. As they dance, the bowl of papers are lit on fire, the smoke is offered to the full moon to release the Goddesses of their past burdens, creating the space within each of them for something new and amazing. The drumbeat begins to slow down again, bringing the energy to a pause. Standing in circle, the evening culminates with each Goddess honoring another Goddess by sharing something about them they have observed during the gathering or in the past. Names were pulled upon arrival so each Goddess knew who they were to observe. The love in the room intensified as observations were shared. There was laughter, tears and lots of hugs. Everyone left with an open heart and a rose. Filled with joy I was awakened, steeped in gratitude, inspired by a gathering of 14 Goddesses reflecting a full moon last evening. Today, I stand in awe of those amazing and powerful Goddess Queens. My life has been forever changed by your love, your presence and your wisdom. Thank you. Ashe. Wanda Marie
