Travel Agenda & Time Estimates:

Thursday, May 7th flying into Phoenix and arriving around 12:00 noon. Then a 2-hour drive into the Magic of Sedona, arriving around 3:00pm

Friday, May 8th - Optional Scenic Sedona Tours 5.5hr Tour ($126)

Saturday, May 9th - Free day to lounge or explore the town, dinner with the group

Sunday, May 10th - The Magic of Sedona Vortex Meditation & Experience

Monday, May 11th leaving Sedona around 2:00pm for a 2-hr drive into Phoenix for taking a 6:00pm or later flight out of Phoenix to return home.
Retreat Cost $700 (includes ground transportation, lodging and travel coordinator)

Transportation: to and from Phoenix airport and around town) $150

Hotel cost for 4 nights $800 (double occupancy pay $400 each)

Travel Coordinator/Host: $150 at $30/day for 5 days

Other Expenses include airfare, food and any tour you may want to take. Depending on your flight costs, plan for a total trip expense around $1500.

Sedona Savings Plan
FIRST you must pay your deposit to secure your spot. Then you can participate in the Sedona Savings plan to make planning for your trip a little easier. The goal is to save $1500. You can make any amount of payments each month, July through April to reach your goal. If for whatever reason you cannot attend the trip or the trip gets cancelled, all of your money will be returned to you, less any Paypal credit card fees. You may request to withdraw all of your money at any time, but you cannot put money back into this account. This is not to be used as an ATM. Once you request to withdraw, you will be sent all of your savings at once.
