About the event
Mindful eating is a term that is used to suggest that you are taking a bite of food with conscious thought, rather than just filling your pie hole. If you're looking for the perfect diet, most, diets don't work, or they don't render lasting effects. Learning to practice Mindful Eating has been life-changing for so many, and it's worth giving it a try yourself!
