About the event

Mindful eating is a term that is used to suggest that you are taking a bite of food with conscious thought, rather than just filling your pie hole. The new year, for many is considered a new beginning. Lots of people pig out during the holiday season and want to shed those extra pounds at the beginning of the year. So, they turn to dieting. Often times, and for most, diets don't work, or they don't render lasting effects. 

Learning to practice Mindful Eating has been life-changing for so many, and it's worth giving it a try yourself!

This is a 2-part series. All members and registered guest are invited and will receive an email with the Zoom link the date of the event, so mark your calendar.
