Personal Empowerment Meditation

This personal empowerment meditation is guided by Coach Wanda Marie. It's best to do this right before bed if you can. If not, do it when you can get comfortable and not be disturbed. It is said that if you don't have 20 minutes to meditate, you should meditate for an hour. This is a 15-min guided process. EMPOWERMENT IN 30 DAYS!!! You don't believe it? Take the challenge! Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 as to how confident and empowered you currently feel, with 1 being feeling at your lowest and 10 feeling as high as a kite! Listen to this Guided Empowerment Meditation by Wanda Marie for 30 consecutive nights as you drift off to sleep. This allows the messages to slip deep into your subconscious while resting. The challenge is, if you miss a night, that you start over until you can complete 30 consecutive nights. If for any reason doing this at night does not work for you, make it a practice to do first thing in the morning. On day/night 31, again, rate your level of feeling confident and empowered on a scale of 1 to 10. Oh, one more thing: You don't have to do the challenge, you can enjoy this guided meditation anytime. It's great when your mind is too active and you have trouble falling asleep. Just don't do this process while driving or operating any machinery. Let's Go...
